Windsor Armchair


New England, probably Connecticut or Massachusetts.
Ca. 1790.
Ash, hickory and maple.
Condition: Excellent condition, old, mellow 19th c. finish.
This classic sack-back Windsor carved knuckle-arm chair has wonderful form with a spindle back above a saddle seat supported by bulbous turned legs and stretchers. Full height.
