William and Mary Slat-Back Side Chairs

Excellent condition, early replaced rush seats, retaining an old, if not original painted surface, some loss.

An identical pair of Delaware Valley side chairs with five shaped slats flanked by stiles with wonderful turned finials. The chairs are joined with stretchers, the front ones turned.
