This rare example of a late 19thc. West coast view of the Flint Ranch located in northern California was settled by Benjamin and Thomas Flint along with their cousin Llewellyn Bixby who left Maine in 1851. The families controlled large swathes of land in California derived from Mexican land grants during the late 19^th century.
