Over-all in fine condition, naturally oxidized verdigris surface.
A rare, scarce form of a rooster weathervane. The elements of the piece are soldiered together in a home-made, non-manufactured fashion, suggesting that this example could possibly be unique. The stylized feet are reminiscent of those found on Howard and Co. (Bridgewater, MA), Rooster-form weathervanes.
