Rare Schooner Weathervane

Full body copper, copper tubing, cut sheet copper
This rare and possibly unique schooner weathervane shows signs of it being handmade. The hull of the vessel is soldered together with hammered sheets of copper and assembled in a rather rudimentary fashion, similar to the way the masts, rigging and sails are applied, however the form of it is exceptional.
