Tiger Maple, poplar secondary wood.
Over-all in excellent condition, original brass pulls, retaining an old finish.
Provenance: Mark Brightman, found in Santa Fe, New Mexico; Samuel Herrup, Sheffield, Massachusetts.
This rare and exceptional miniature chest has a molded top and a case fitted with two small drawers over three graduating drawers supported by ogee bracket feet. The perfectly proportioned compact case is further complimented with the use of highly figured tiger maple.
Dimensions: 10" h., 8 ¾” w. (top), 4 ¼” d.
