Pair of Cast Iron Urn Finials with Flame Tops and Swags

American, mid-19th century or possibly earlier.
Great condition and patina.
This iconic architectural form (1790-1815), as seen on this pair, probably adorned front-gate posts. The flame-top finial is attached to a post threaded down through the urn.
