Probably Connecticut or New York.
Watercolor and ink on paper.
9″ x 11 1/4″
Condition:  Evenly toned with some staining at the base,
in a period mahogany veneer frame.
Provenance:  Abraham See and Mary Falaise Sarchet See,
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania;  Descended in the family to the
present owner.
There is a hand-written note accompanying the map from
James Hoyt to Stuart Patterson on verso.
