Zinc, painted surface.
Untouched condition with historic painted surface, minor imperfections.
Provenance: Private collection, Connecticut.
Thought to have hung in barns and around tack rooms, these horse heads are desirable among collectors.  This early example being offered has great visual appeal with a fabulous surface.
