Extremely Rare Federal Wine Rack

Coastal New England, probably New Hampshire
Birch or maple
Over-all in excellent condition, old, if not original surface. Appears to have once had casters.
Descended down through a prominent Portsmouth, New Hampshire family. Relative of Tobias Lear; Personal Collection, Jeffrey Tillou, 1997 to present date.
We have not yet seen another wine rack in this form, having block and turned posts joined by carved cupid’s bow form rails supporting slats for the bottles to rest on.
