Eagle Weathervane

Full body molded copper, sheet copper, cast zinc arrow head.
Over-all in great condition, exceptional verdigris surface.
Provenance: I. M. Wiese Antiques, Southbury, Connecticut, 1963.
This early fine example of an American eagle with out-stretched wings is perched on a ball above an arrow. The molded body retains wonderful details along with an untouched, weathered surface.
