Diminutive Size Regency Sideboard

English, ca. 1820-1830
Mahogany, mahogany veneer, pine secondary wood
Condition: Over-all in fine condition, retaining original cast brass oval pulls. Minor imperfections.
Provenance: Descended through a New Hampshire family, purchased in New York, 1960s.
In a desirable diminutive-size, this sideboard has a wonderful figured mahogany top with a bowed front above two drawers flanked by cabinet doors. The case is supported by finely executed turned legs and is further complimented with applied architectural moldings to the drawers and door facings.
