The Black Hawk weathervane has always been one of the most desirable forms among collectors. The graceful lines, up-right posture and stance give this piece a sense of motion and sculptural beauty. Coupled with the exceptional surface, oxidized from weathering, this example is superior to most other Black Hawks.
