Fine condition, retaining the original paint, old reinforcement to one foot.
This rare folk art form of a cowboy painted with a mustache, brown cowboy hat, in a blue outfit, the free swinging legs are hinged to the body below the waist with black shoes. The propeller arms pivot on an iron shaft and are bolted through the body. Mounted on a custom stand.
