Bugatti Side Chair.

Ca. 1900.

Ebonized wood, various wood, inlaid with steel and copper, with brass repousse appliques.

Condition: Excellent condition, minor imperfections.

The chair has a turned circular disc back inlaid with steel and copper, further adorned with brass repousse banding. The back is attached with cords and tassels to each elaborately turned stile. The turned posts and legs are wrapped with repousse brass decorated banding. The embossed parchment seat is laced with cords to the seat frame.
